As a Health Coach have a client-centered approach to mind-body wellness and am trained to support and guide individuals to achieve their goals through multiple factors beyond just food. I work with you to provide motivation and personalized guidance in making sustainable changes in areas like nutrition, hormone balancing, movement, stress management, sleep and overall wellness.

 

My coaching method focuses on the principle of small simple steps that result in BIG impact, empowering you to unlock what you already know to bring back that glow in your life. I am a success story of this method which reduced my own years of inflammation and discomfort.

Meet Me

I earned my Integrative Nutrition Health Coaching certificate from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN). I studied the ins and outs of holistic health, including foundational nutrition principles, nutrition science, as well as innovative coaching methods. Additional certifications include Hormonal Balancing and Detox Your Life. 

Prior to Health Coaching, I have spent all of my career in corporate with over 15 years focused on corporate training, education and professional development. The educator in me, translates to the coaching space in providing helpful resources that are bio individual to my client's needs. In spending over 2 years as a patient of a health coaching, I understand the value that coaching can provide. 

My passions and joy are living near the water in Rhode Island, boat life, finding new meals to eat while onboard and most recently Mahjong.
